New Occupant Supply Arrangement Terms and Conditions

Where you have signed an Agreement with Integral Energy, the terms of that Agreement will cover the supply of electricity to your premises by Integral Energy and set out the rights and obligations of both you and Integral Energy.  This will generally still be the case even if the initial term of your Agreement has expired but you continue to take electricity supply at the premises without entering to any new Agreement.

Where you do not sign an Agreement with Integral Energy the terms and conditions (including prices) applying to the supply of electricity to your premises by Integral Energy is determined by regulation or, where no applicable regulation applies, by the arrangements set out below. By consuming electricity at your premises, you are deemed to have accepted supply of electricity by Integral Energy on the terms (including prices) set out below.

Please contact Integral Energy on 1300 137 327 to discuss your energy needs and find out what alternative supply terms (including prices) may be available to you.

Small customers (customers consuming less than 100MWh per annum) are deemed to be supplied on the terms of Integral Energy's Standard Retail Contract for small customers >>

Notified Prices are published in the Queensland Government Gazette and can be viewed at http://www.dme.qld.gov.au/Energy/electricity_retail_prices.cfm on the Queensland Department of Mines and Energy website.
