Seeing the lightIntegral Energy operates and maintains around 180,000 streetlights on behalf of 32 customers, including 23 Local Government Authorities (LGAs). 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We also provide a NightWatch service which is a cost-effective external lighting option for local businesses.

 

Report a fault

Please tell us about problems with street lighting or Nightwatch by calling 131 003 or completing our online form.

 

Faulty street lights are repaired in line with our commitments as detailed in the Public Lighting Management Plan. If you have any questions relating to the quality or quantity of street lighting, please direct these to your Local Government Authority.

 

A plan for public lighting

Under the terms of the NSW Public Lighting Code, Integral Energy has developed a Public Lighting Management Plan to help maintain and improve public lighting services. It illustrates how we manage and operate a safe and reliable public lighting network, and details our commitment for further improvements in service levels and their related management strategies.
