What information will be included in a Negotiated Supply Agreement?

A Negotiated Supply Agreement can include (but is not restricted to) the following:

 

• The start date of the contract
• The length of the contract term, eg 1, 2 or 3 years.
• Any penalties for termination of the contract before the end date
• Prices for supply of electricity
• Whether these prices include charges from your network service provider (eg network tariff), and government charges such as GST
• Any additional fees and charges that might need to be paid, such as connection fees

Whether any security deposit is required
