What is a Standard Form Customer Supply Contract?

A Standard Form Customer Supply Contract is a supply contract where the rates are regulated by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART). They are published and have no fixed duration. This type of contract is only available from your Local Network Service Provider (LNSP).

 

This is different from a Negotiated Supply Agreement.
