Will changing retailers affect the quality or reliability of my electricity supply?

No.


If you are in our franchise area and decide to switch retailers, Integral Energy will continue to operate the poles and wires that supply your property so the quality and reliability of your supply will not be affected.


If you are outside of our franchise area and sign a contract with us, the poles and wires will continue to be managed by the network service provider who owns your local network.
