The Customer Service Standards for connection customers is a document incorporated into the Standard Form Customer Connection Contract.

The Standard Form Customer Connection Contract sets out the terms and conditions by which Integral Energy provides connection services to customers connected to its distribution network.

The Standard Form Customer Supply Agreement is the contract for electricity supply by Integral Energy Australia to the premises of small retail customers located within the Integral Energy Network Area.
