Electricity rebates for pensioners

If you are claiming the Queensland Government Electricity Rebate, you must lodge an exemption form with Integral Energy.

For your convenience, please contact us on 133 753 between 8am and 6pm from Monday to Friday and our friendly customer service team will process your request.

Exemption from the Community Ambulance Cover Levy

If you wish to claim an exemption from the Community Ambulance Cover Levy, you must first pay your electricity account, then lodge with us a completed exemption application form from the Office of State Revenue. If your exemption is approved, a credit will appear on your next account.

Please note that even if you are exempt from the Community Ambulance Cover Levy, you may still elect to make a voluntary contribution.
