Existing customers moving to new premises

If you are currently an Integral Energy customer and are moving to a new premise, remember that your contract is portable and can move with you. To update your details and ensure that there is no disruption to your electricity supply, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team on 133 753 on Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. 

Large business customers

If you are a business spending more than $10,000 on electricity per year, please talk to our INbusiness Solutions team about money saving options on 1300 136 335 between 8am and 6pm weekdays.
