If you are currently an Integral Energy customer and are moving house, remember that your contract is portable and can move with you. This means for those on a fixed term contract, you will keep your discount at your new home if you remain within the Energex network franchise.

 

Please note that you may be charged the ‘Energex Network Move In Fee’ (currently $27.61 inc GST) which covers your network provider’s cost of obtaining a special reading on the move-in date you nominated, so you won’t have to pay for the previous customer’s consumption.
