Retail transition

The NSW Government has announced its plans to transfer the electricity retailing operation of Integral Energy to a private operator.

 

From a customer’s point of view, little will change. Integral Energy’s network business will remain publicly-owned. The company that services customers’ retail accounts, including sending their electricity bill, may change.

 

Integral Energy will continue to provide high levels of service throughout the retail transition process to ensure the changes are smooth.
