Price notification for extension rates

Applicable to NSW residential customers in the Energy Australia network area
(effective 12 October 2007)

 

This notice, in relation to extension rates is applicable to residential customers supplied or to be supplied electricity by Integral Energy. For the purpose of this notice, ‘residential customers’ means customers whose electricity is currently supplied by Integral Energy under a negotiated customer supply arrangement, where the premises is a private dwelling and electricity consumption is less than or equal to 40MWh of electricity each year. The rates under these arrangements will take effect from and continue until the dates specified below.

 

Extension rates

Extension rates may be applied at Integral Energy's discretion under the terms of your current contract with Integral Energy where the fixed term period covered by your contract with Integral Energy has come to an end and;

 

  • You have not yet signed a new contract either with Integral Energy or an alternative energy retailer; or
  • You have signed a new contract with an alternative energy retailer but the transfer from Integral Energy to your new retailer has not yet taken effect.

 

In these situations and where applied, the extension rates will continue to be applied to your supply until such time as your supply commences under a new contract for supply with Integral Energy, or you transfer to another electricity retailer.
