You may request access at any time to personal information held by us about you and ask us to correct it if you believe it is incorrect or out of date. We do not charge a fee for an access request but we may charge you our reasonable costs of processing your request.

- verify your details (eg. through your employer or a driver's
licence registry) and assess your ability to repay, including
obtaining information from other credit providers and/or a credit
report from a credit reporting agency;
- administer and manage this contract
- facilitate our business operations including marketing

| Our right to disclose your personal information |
| We may disclose your personal information if necessary to: |
- our agents, contractors or third party service providers that
provide services for the purposes only of our business (including
agents employed to collect moneys owing to us). We are taking
steps to limit their right to use your personal information only
for these purposes.
- relevant regulators and authorities where the law requires or
permits us to do so (for example, under energy laws or for law
enforcement)
- any organisation considering acquiring an interest in our business
and its advisers, or
- other organisations if you consent or ask us to do so
- a credit reporting agency if a payment is overdue by over 60
days and collection action has started.

| Your authority to us |
- By signing this document you authorise us to collect, maintain,
use and disclose your personal information in the manner described.

| Please note: |
- Supply of electricity to the premises will commence between
10 days and 21 days after we receive this application signed by
you.
- Supply may commence earlier where:
- there is a new connection service to your premises. This
includes where the premises have not been previously connected
to the Integral Energy distribution system.
- you are being supplied under a new occupant supply arrangement.
This includes the situation where you have already moved into
the premises and are being supplied with electricity prior
to making this application.
- We may in certain circumstances refuse to commence supply within
the time limits specified above. This includes where you have
failed to provide security (if requested) or failed to pay moneys
owing to us. We will let you know as soon as possible if we intend
to refuse supply for these reasons.
- Unless otherwise notified by you, this application is also an
application to have the premises connected to the Integral Energy
distribution system.
- By selecting the 'I Agree' button, your request will be sent
to Integral Energy for processing.
