‘Fair go’ pricing for electricity customers, says Integral

Integral Energy today announced ‘fair go’ pricing for its electricity customers in Queensland.

“We’re committed to limiting price increases for electricity at no more than the regulated rates,” said Integral Energy’s General Manager Retail, Bruce Rowley.

“This commitment to maintaining pricing according to regulated rates means Integral’s customers can rest assured that their rates will not increase outside of the standard annual review.

“Price certainty has never been more important for customers. This is about giving customers a fair go,” Mr Rowley said.

“With costs of many everyday items going up, our customers need to know their electricity costs won’t be increasing unexpectedly or unreasonably,” said Mr Rowley.

He said Integral Energy intends to maintain pricing for its customers in line with the regulated rates.

“Customers on market contracts enjoying a discount will also continue to receive that discount for the term of their agreement,” confirmed Mr Rowley.
