The Australian Energy Market Operator Limited (AEMO) has suspended Jackgreen (International) Pty Ltd (Jackgreen) from trading in the National Electricity Market on Saturday 19 December 2009. This means that Jackgreen is no longer able to supply electricity to its customers.
To ensure the former customers of Jackgreen continue to receive their electricity supply, your account has been transferred by AEMO to your local retailer. If you live in any of the following areas, and were a customer of Jackgreen, you will now automatically become a customer of Integral Energy:

Small customers using less than 160 megawatt hours of electricity per annum will be put on a standard form supply contract charged at the regulated domestic, general supply and off peak rates as applicable. These rates are determined by the NSW Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) and are published on Integral Energy’s website www.integral.com.au under the Energy Price Guide for Standard Form Customer Supply Contracts.
