An experienced Executive and Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the IT Industry, leading large scale digital projects, and delivering digital transformation and integration solutions for large organisations whilst driving change through innovation.
With experience as an executive in leading sales, marketing and innovation teams. A technologist with a history of technical leadership roles on enterprise projects for the Bureau of Meteorology, National Australia Bank, Telstra, CFA, AEMO and the Victorian Government. An early adopter of Agile, has delivered large digital projects, including the delivery of portals, websites, infrastructure, web and mobile applications for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
Initially trained as a mechanical engineer, working in railway engineering and solar vehicle design, developed a love for software development and moved into the field over 20 years ago.

Michael is a highly experienced leader in the software industry with 30+ years in roles in Australia, South Asia and Europe. He has a wide range of business and technical skills gained from international consulting and development roles. Michael specialises in partner and sales development with skills in partner management, business development, territory development, software product development and commercialisation, sales and partner sales team development.
Michael leads the vendor partnerships at Integral, managing strategic partnerships with Red Hat, Microsoft, Kentico, CluedIn, Denodo, Axway, Oracle and Flexagon, with the company now a recognised leader in Red Hat solutions, becoming ANZ Professional Services Partner in 2019 and culminating with winning both ANZ Partner of the Year and APAC Innovation Partner of the Year in 2020, as well as A/NZ Partner of the Year 2021.
Michael enjoys working in all business aspects of complex, distributed software systems and throughout his career has built business teams for local Australian companies as well as international software vendors.

Cameron Locke is one of our Principal Consultants who has a proven track record in the design, delivery and support of large scale, technically challenged integration initiatives. He has 15+ years in various industry sectors ranging from Higher Education, Financial Services, Travel, Utilities and Transport.
He specialises in helping organisations develop technology architectures and technical solutions that support their business goals. He operates between the business and technology areas in an organisation to achieve this.
Cameron has proven experience in the design and development of scalable, customer focused, JEE applications. He has extensive enterprise integration and object oriented design/development experience using iterative style methodologies. Cameron thrives at working as part of a team and has proven leadership skills, including managing and motivating other staff to achieve project objectives. He is an effective communicator at all levels within an organisation, with good problem solving and analytical skills. His customer skills enable him to clearly articulate specific issues and potential solutions that comply with customer need.

As a Principal Consultant, Chris is responsible for working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide a conduit to implementation resources. Having worked with a magnitude of commercial and public sector clients, Chris has developed extensive practical experience across strategy, architecture, and implementation.
He is a trusted advisor with the ability to grasp concepts and quickly apply them, aligning technology choices to business outcomes in order to realise business benefits. Chris is a natural leader and mentor to others. He is professional and transparent, with a commitment to delivering quality work while providing an enjoyable environment for other team members. He takes a pragmatic approach which aligns implementation with strategic intent to ensure the right outcomes are achieved.

Eduardo is a creative, collaborative, results focused multi-lingual IT and transformation leader with over 30 years’ experience leading successful IT transformation and change initiatives across diverse organisations and industries globally.
Eduardo has led the delivery of IT initiatives improving processes and services that create real value for stakeholders from its conception, planning, approval process, detailed scheduling, resourcing (recruitment and on-going mentoring), vendor engagement and management, delivery, managing risks, issues, decision logs, cost management, C-level management reporting, stakeholder engagement, change analysis and determination of strategies for fast and smooth adoption, cutover activities. He has done this in multiple industries and through the application of multiple frameworks and methodologies (SDLC, PMBOK (CAMP-PMI), Prince2, PROSCI, Method/1, ASAP, TQM, Agile, ITIL, TOGAF, et al.).
Eduardo is friendly, tactful, sensitive, and well-organised with an excellent customer and vendor relationship management style that makes people feel at ease while delivering results.

Ales is an experienced IT engineer with a focus on automation in space of systems administration, software development and networking. His interests and capabilities are centred around cloud computing, services at scale and optimization of product delivery, covering infrastructure, tooling and deployment aspects of SDLC. Ales is quick to think, helping him react to the project and guide his team to successful software implementation.

Suzie is an accomplished communication designer with over 20 years professional experience. She has worked within agencies, inhouse with clients and as an independent designer.
A principal designer with OTM since 2015, Suzie does a superb job translating the creative brief from a client and turning it into visually effective designs for digital or print.
She is highly skilled at creating original brands, as well as working with existing brand style guidelines. She has experience with branding and design for products and services targeting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and people in rural and remote regions.

Glen is an experienced technology leader & practitioner with over 25 years’ experience. With an early career as a software developer and manager, Glen has now transitioned to Data Science and Analytics.
He is commercially astute with communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical people. An innovative problem-solver and respected thought-leader.
