Job Description

About Integral

Integral is a fully Australian-owned strategy, brand and digital technology firm, operating since 2001 across Australia. We help clients tackle complex challenges across strategy and advisory, brand experience, digital technology, program delivery and change, managed services and support, and staff augmentation.

About the role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to grow Integral's professional consulting services with new and existing clients across Queensland. You'll build relationships, run the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, and work closely with our consulting teams and partners to bring the right solutions to clients. You'll report to the National Head of Partnerships and Sales.

What you'll do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, prospecting and outreach
  • Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients across Integral's service lines
  • Develop and manage sales-related relationships with technology and business partners
  • Own and progress a pipeline of consulting opportunities, keeping CRM data accurate and current
  • Prepare compelling proposals, statements of work, quotes and tender responses in partnership with consulting teams
  • Manage contracts and documentation through to signing
  • Own and deliver against a personal sales target, and contribute to Integral's broader sales and marketing goals

About you

  • 5+ years' experience in a business development role, ideally within a technology business delivering complex services solutions
  • A track record in enterprise and professional services sales
  • Experience managing and delivering against a sales target
  • A consultative, collaborative approach — genuine warmth with clients, partners and colleagues
  • Ability to get across technically complex systems and explain them simply to business audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-minded approach
  • Tertiary qualifications are a plus, but we value industry experience and cultural fit just as highly

Why Integral

You'll join a genuinely Australian-owned firm with 25 years in the market, a national footprint and a values-led culture built around Trust, Collaborate, Create and Delight. You'll have the backing of experienced consulting teams and a leadership group invested in your success.

What’s in it for you?

We offer professional development, flexibility, paid parental leave, staff dinners and social events, and rewards. But we also come to work to be part of the team, to share knowledge and learn more, and - importantly - to have fun!

At Integral we’re more than just a workplace, we’re a bunch of humans doing our best to build something meaningful. We’re proud of our culture, even if it’s not always perfect. We listen, evolve and continue to try and make Integral a place where people feel they truly belong.

We live our values – not just in posters and policies, but in the way we show up for each other. So if you thrive on building relationships both internally and externally and working to find solutions to complex problems, please click APPLY to submit your application.

And remember, applications close at midnight, 19 July 2026.
